Shipping

All ShopProudGifts mugs are sold and shipped via Amazon. When you click "Buy on Amazon" from any product page, you're sent to the listing on amazon.com to complete your purchase. Delivery times depend on the shipping options available at Amazon checkout for your address — typically 2–5 business days for standard shipping in the US.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled through Amazon's standard returns process. Open your order in your Amazon account, choose the item, and follow the prompts. In most cases you'll get a prepaid return label.

Damaged or wrong items

If a mug arrives broken or you received the wrong design, the fastest path is "Get product support" on the Amazon order page — Amazon usually issues a replacement or refund the same day.

Designed by Emi in Estonia. Printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner in Detroit. Every mug is real ceramic, not stoneware.
